Personal Identification: Name signature, email address, phone number, and physical address.

Minor Information: If a client is under the age of 18, we collect the name and signature of a parent or legal guardian.

Design and Measurement Data: Custom body measurements, design preferences, and muslin drafting details required for garment fabrication.

Payment Information: Detail related to consultation fees, installment payments and materials cost,(fabric and notions)

Visual Media: Photos and videos of the design processes and the final garment(s)

2.How We Use Your information:

Your information is used to ensure the fulfillment of your custom project and the satisfaction of every customer. Specially, we use for:

  • Service Delivery: Creating designs, muslin drafting, and the actual fabrication of your garment(s)

  • Communication: Notifying you regarding appointment changes, Material costs, or additional product purchases.

  • Social Media and Promotion: Using images or videos of the design process and final product for educational or promotional purposes on social media platforms, as per your granted permission.

  • Administrative Purposes: Managing consultations, tracing installments, and enforcing contract terms such as boarding fees or No- show penalties.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

  • Material Procurement: Sharing necessary details with third-party vendors when purchasing fabric or notions online on your behalf.

  • Legal Compliance: Disclosing information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Lisa Nicole and Company and it’s clients.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable measures to protect your information. Records of your contract, measurements, and payment history are retained to ensure we can continue to entrust our services, for your future endeavors.

5. Refund and Payment Policy Awareness

By using our services, you acknowledge our strict financial policies:

  • NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds on custom orders once the contract has been executed.

  • Consultation fees: The $150.00 consultation fee is non- refundable, this does not go towards any service or balance.

  • Installments: payments are made in two installments unless otherwise agreed upon.

Changes to this policy

Lisa Nicole and Company reserves the right to update this Private Policy. Any changes that affects your current services agreement may require a new contact to be established.
